There's no doubt that his upside (which he showed Saturday) is much higher than anyone else England could call on to play on the right. I think you probably have to take him, even though he could disappoint. In his favor, though, he really has been snakebit with injuries all season, and is just now getting a consistent series of matches in. He may be rested and rounding into form at just the right time for England. Another thing he offers, which doesn't get discussed that much, is that even when he's playing poorly, his pace really intimidates defenders, full-backs in particular. He can completely neutralize an attacking left-back, because they get scared of letting Theo get behind them, because they know once that happens he won't be caught.
