England still has to qualify for every final and that’s always been a struggle.

England will win when it deserves it. Since ‘66 it has never deserved it and would not have won even if penalty shootouts didn’t exist.

Sepp Blatter is a joke for sure. He want to wipe out penalty kicks just because he couldn’t stand to see Italy win. He wasn’t even at the ceremonies because Italy was raising the trophy. He’s a joke and a poor leader. I can’t wait until he is replaced, its ludicrous to think the Fifa president would be abscent just because je despises Italy.
