McClaren Hints At Walcott Call Up
Steve McClaren has hinted that Theo Walcott could get another go in the senior team in one of the two friendly games before Euro 2008 qualifying resumes.
“We will use the two friendlies effectively and maybe our approach will be different in some respects,” said McClaren.
“The personnel will maybe have to be different. We have to look at the young talent coming through and there’s a lot of it. There are players in the Under-21s knocking on the door and we will be looking at them very, very closely.”
As well as Walcott (who did this recently) guys like Nigel Reo-Coker and Micah Richards might fancy their chances of a full call up.

England don’t need 1 Walcott or 5. England needs style on the pitch. The premiership is nearly bereft of good football style and England needs for her players to go abroad to learn style (tactics, approach, passing, technicality). S. McClaren can’t provide this cause he’s an accident waiting to happen for England and bring Walcot will be another mistake however small.

That’s a good idea just to use the friendly matches to test new or other players. England got style on the pitch but one thing I’ve remarked when I’ve watched england vs macedonia and england vs crotia is that the squad as no more motivation, they have got occasions just as Gerrard’s one when it hit of the bar but this is a matter of position on the pitch. And just when Beck’s lived the field motivation’s no more

Redefine the word style.

walcott is ze best england plyer cause he playes for arsenal and hoyte
