England’s World Cup 2010 Away Shirt Revealed… by Kasabian (?!)
England’s kit launches are getting weirder and weirder.
The World Cup 2010 home shirt was revealed amid much pomposity in March 2009, with the England players removing their tracksuits to reveal the new kit during the national anthem. It was a bit much.
The new England away shirt for World Cup 2010 was revealed last night in even more bizarre fashion: by Kasabian singer Tom Meighan. At a gig. In Paris.

I quite like it. Nice and simple, plus a good old fashioned nod to our finest hour. If you’re interested in buying one, then click here.
