I didn't even think they played all that bad, it was just the usual going behind, taking more risks to get back and getting your ass whooped for it. Much like the Holland-Italy and Holland-France games at the EC 2008. Well executed by England of course, just as the Dutch did well against France and Italy in similar style. Sometimes scorelines can paint a different picture. It wasn't really all that one-sided or a whitewash as the scoreline might suggest.
