Wayne Rooney is nearly healthy: Hooray.
Oh yeah: Thanks for getting your hopes up, Jermaine Defoe…..

When we look back at this world cup years from now, we will see how Mighty England won the World Cup;
We won’t even remember this story, it will just be a footnote!

I sincerely hope that all players are 100% fit physically and mentally to play for their country. And when their country loses there is no excuse - because then we can always blame the coach.

england have no chance of winning the cup. The conceited attitude of the pundits will transfer to the team and they will fail miserably as usual

The ommisision of Germaine defoe to me was just baffling if not crazy,other than rooney there is no striker more deadly than him on the team,he loves to play for england and for what ever reason hes been left out, I personally feel it was done to scorn or belittle him but what ever the case in my opinion England need someone of his calibre who is driven, fast and always willing to perform its quite sad but good luck to them

England won the world cup way back in 1966…and they STILL haven’t shut the fuck up about it!
What also annoys me about them is that they just assume they’ll win.
Sorry England but I hope you get your asses wooped.
