Sven’s Broken Men

Two months to final team selection, and Sven is worried about the fitness of Sol Campbell, Ashley Cole and Lil’ Mick Owen. Especially Lil’ Mick, whom he calls “our best goalscorer.” (Good thing Wayne Rooney is too busy writing books to read that!)

So he’s running off to Rome to check out Stewart Downing. (Careful not to get stabbed!)

Oh, and one last Lil’ Mick bit: he says he’s happy at Newcastle and won’t go “home” to Liverpool.
