Sven Wakes Up, Smells Coffee, Drinks Some, Goes Back To Sleep

Some good Sven items today:

1) The reporter absolutely buried the lede here. In a long article about the spotty defending in the Sweden match, Sven drops this all-time gem: “I have taken off David Beckham before. I am not married to him, even if you think I am. I’m not even engaged to him.” Priceless.

2) Some commentators, including Danny Mills and Robbie Fowler, have ideas about why Sven’s teams have poor second halves of matches.

lmao@danny mills… England lost to Brazil in 2002 because they were one of the best teams EVER… and we had danny mills playing where nevilinho shoulda been… and becks wasn’t 100%… and the real big miss was Stevie G… balls to the half time talk… we just weren’t good enough.
