Expectations are slightly lower which might help the squad and something had to be done about where to pkay Gerrard. There's noises about moving him up to a forward poition and putting Carrick or Hargreaves in a holding role, a move which will benefit Lampard as well. Of course I want to see Wayne in the World Cup. However, let's not put all hope on a single player no matter how good he is, it is the team work that count. I personally thought he would be fit for the quarters, but the times is saying that the manboy himself reckons he'll be able to play in the sweden match. Maybe the last 25 mins in my opinion.
