Mrs. O’Neill’s Health Improves — As Do Martin’s Chances

A bit of actual good news having to do with the FA search for a new England manager: Martin O’Neill’s wife, whose cancer scare contributed to his decision to leave Celtic, has recovered sufficiently for him to consider a new position.

Frankly, that means more in the long run than any amount of speculation over who’ll next sit in Sven’s chair.
