1) It’s not one tear to that knee, it’s apparently two. This could be even worse than anyone feared.

2) The Toon are angry with the FA over what they deem insufficient insurance on Owen’s health. Somewhere Sir Alex Ferguson is saying ‘I told you so’ to somebody paid to say ‘yes, sir, you did.’

Is it me, or does Michael Owen seem to be more often injured than not? He just does not seem to have very good durability.
