Leaving to Come Back

There is some speculation that Glen Johnson will soon transfer from Chelsea, where he’s lingering at the bottom of the depth chart, and pop up in Lyon, where he can show that he deserves a spot in England’s back line.

I’ve seen very few convincing performances by Johnson for the Blues: he tends toward rash tackles and overambitious runs. Is he really one of England’s best backs? I’m dubious….
