		<description>I fully understand Graham le Saux&#039;s analysis of how draining heat can be, but - but - but, it&#039;s also just as hot for the other team, yet I haven&#039;t read comments from Paraguay complaining about the heat.  England won, not lost, so why go on and on and on about the heat.  Let&#039;s move on.  The players are professionals being paid loads and loads of money to be super fit, and super fit means their energy reserves may be tested during very hot days, so be it.</description>
