Former Argentina coach Carlos Bilardo has fallen under the spell of that tantalizing drug known as Wayne Rooney’s talent.
“There are good players in several national teams but I think the kid Rooney of England is going to be the revelation,” said Bilardo.
Despite his love affair with Rooney, Bilardo does not think England is among the serious contenders.
